Cucina is committed to supporting the local farmers and businesses. The menu consists of all Vermont Fresh Pasta products, VT Sausage, VT Beef from Smith Family Farm of New Haven, Cheeses from Shelburne Farms and produce from local farmers such as Footprint Farm of Starksboro & Lalumiere Farm of Ferrisburgh.
